If Earthyficial is involved in the implementation phase of the strategy, reports are created in parallel with the implementation, and if it is only about the creation of reports, a partial in-depth analysis must be performed.
METHOD: incorporating all steps, dynamics and KPI’s and tracking them to the end of fiscal year
• Report preparation is executed through monitoring the dynamics and KPI’s determined by the adopted ESG strategy and is delivered in the year n for the year n-1 (with monthly checkpoints from our team)
• Yearly reporting delivered with established clear connection between goals, strategy and achievements – on the past year basis and with relation to capex and opex
• Reporting is executed with respect to the highest industry standards and methodology – using the adequate standards (GRI or TCFD, while expecting CSRD standards by EFRAG)
• Strategy updates with past and new KPI’s, investments or specific events
